Certificate in Best Practice
This online course is a test of knowledge in best practice standards for fundraising, financial reporting and governance. This course has been specifically designed for setting the basic standards required for everyone working in the not for profit sector.
Access the course can be made directly through your organisation's membership subscription or you can apply for Academy Membership if you are a professional working in the charity sector or work for a charity that is not in a position to take on organisational membership.
Please note this course is currently being revised & updated with the Charities Regulator's Guidelines for Charitable Organisations Fundraising from the Public and will be reopened in January 2018.
Certificate in Fundraising Management
Cognisant of the changes in public perception of fundraising and the real need for adopting new thinking, new ideas and new initiatives, this EFA certified course will support and develop participants understanding of professional practice in fundraising.
Entire course: €1,200, includes Academy Associate membership (if applicable)
This series of courses are full day seminars culminating with a live exam at the end of the session. Once you complete and pass the exam you will be issued with a certificate of completion with your result.

Charities SORP Workshop
This one-day seminar aims to provide participants with all the information they need to understand the requirements of and how to comply with the charity Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP).
The day will include comprehensive information on the requirements of the FRS102 SORP, an update on current issues in the development of the SORP for charities and includes practical exercises on the key stages in drafting a set of SORP accounts. The day will include an opportunity for questions as well as case studies and practical exercises.
