We consider a robust and fair national vetting system as an important tool in fostering trust by ensuring that the most vulnerable in our society are protected from harm.
We represent our members by engaging with the Department of Justice (DoJ) to highlight difficulties with the existing garda vetting process.
The DoJ are currently conducting a review and Cii members are invited to join us for an information webinar on the 22nd November at 11am.
