Session Description:
Charities must innovate, or risk stagnating. Innovation is about helping charities to be better - better in what they do, and better in how they do it. Central to this is culture and people - so how do we entice, develop and retain talent in the nonprofit sector?
This is not a session about technology - it is a session to explore how we can develop cultures & mindsets that empower our people to deliver social impact. Together we will tease out fresh approaches to recruitment & retention and examine how we can nurture psychological safety for innovation. Join us to step up our understanding of how thinking outside the box will help us to drive our missions forward.
Key Discussion Points:
Audience Engagement:
The panel discussion will be interactive, with opportunities for audience members to ask questions and share their own experiences and perspectives.
Expected Outcome:
Learn to attract, develop, and retain talent, building a resilient workforce. Explore inclusivity, flexibility, and learning's value in recruitment and retention. Embrace psychological safety for learning through failure.
Join the discussion on how cultural innovation can drive your organisations growth and impact.
