This network brings together Data Analysts from across the charity sector, with the aim of sharing knowledge and insights, and exploration of learning opportunities. The network will support members through the sharing of ideas, collective problem solving, and addressing the challenges that arise when working with charity sector data. 

The objective is to gain a deeper understanding of the more technical side of analysis, such as the formulation of KPIs, availability and features of analytical tools, data structures, and the use of analysis to optimise campaigns and data hygiene.  In addition, we aim to create standard methodologies for KPIs to help benchmarking and understanding our organisation’s market positions.

Through discussion with our peers we hope to bring together expertise from across the charity sector, to help improve the use of data in supporting decision making processes in all aspects of our organisations.

 We aim to meet in person twice a year but to also have an always on discussion forum through the Cii Network with additional ad hoc discussion groups when the need arises.
