Position: Development and Partnerships Manager
Type of Role: Permanent, 4-day per week role (0.8 wte) – salary pro-rata.
Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 (non-negotiable)

About the Role:
At a time of significant change and growth, the Asthma Society has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and innovative Development and Partnerships Manager to join their team. The new Development and Partnerships Manager will implement and deliver on the Asthma Society's income generation strategy. They will be responsible for achieving annual targets on income and cultivating the Asthma Society of Ireland's donor and partnerships portfolio. They will manage and develop a dynamic fundraising team that will work together towards delivering the Society's income generation strategy and the organisational goal of ending asthma deaths in Ireland by 2030.
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior donor engagement, sales, marketing or business development role, working to and achieving targets. You will be a natural relationship builder with significant experience in client engagement and account management to cultivate, manage and steward relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, members and donors. You will have excellent financial and reporting skills and be an enthusiastic and committed team member.
