Sinéad is a highly experienced income generation, strategy, and marketing professional with a passion for mentoring and developing leaders in the not-for-profit sector.
Sinéad brings over 20 years industry experience and hands on knowledge to growing income, developing board level expertise, charity fundraising compliance, and to developing high-performance fundraising teams for some of Ireland’s largest charities.
In 2022, Sinéad set up Impactful, a boutique consultancy working in partnership with a small number of not-for-profit clients every year on bespoke and tailored fundraising and marketing strategies, alongside implementation plans, fundraising financial analysis, training, coaching & mentoring and short-term resourcing. Sinéad works in partnership with Rachel Murphy on client projects where additional resources are required.
Having begun her career in the sector as an events and community fundraiser, Sinéad built up a vast bank of hands-on experience delivering results across multiple income streams from community, events, retail, corporate, major gift, individual giving, grants, and legacy fundraising before being appointed to Director of Fundraising & Marketing positions in both Focus Ireland and Pieta.
