WHY DIVERSITY NEEDS TO BE AT THE HEART OF YOUR ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY with David Mbaziira (Ire), Culture & Communications Consultant
What really matters to you as leaders in the charity sector and why is this important? How can you make diversity and inclusion a total-organizational priority?
Join David Mbaziira as he asks the big questions, explaining why we need a different approach as we emerge from a post Covid-19 landscape. How everything has changed, from our people and how they want to work, commercial partners view on relationships, to the attitudes of our supporters and those who we seek to support. Why now more than ever - you need to adopt the principles of inclusive leadership and focus on creating teams with different approaches, perspectives, skills and experiences that are connected. He will then paint a picture considering the immediate and longer-term opportunities that could be created if a strategic approach to inclusion existed in your organisation.
