A thorough process of consultation and engagement marks this collaboration out strongly. They held core stakeholder meetings on a monthly basis to align goals, consolidate commitment to the long-term investment required for success and to attempt to bring a cohesiveness and collaborative approach through interagency work, appreciative inquiry, facilitation, investment and strategy. Four public consultations were held, and a plan was built together.
