Who are the panels aimed at?

The +Impact Panels are designed to be inclusive for all staff, from fundraisers to chief executives, creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone's voice can be heard. Attendees can network with peers who share their interests and goals, leading to new partnerships and collaborations. This also provides a platform for all members of staff to make their voices heard on important issues, even if they don't have a formal leadership role. By attending, staff members can empower themselves and their organisation, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Overall, the +Impact Panels provide a valuable opportunity for staff members at all levels to participate and contribute to discussions. By sharing their knowledge and insights, attendees can help shape the future of their organisation and the sector as a whole. With opportunities for networking and professional development, the +Impact Panels are a must-attend for anyone interested in making a positive impact in the not-for-profit sector.
