A Special Year for Charity Christmas Cards

As we all endeavour to get used to our “new normal” it has been without a doubt a very different and difficult period for the not-for-profit and charity sectors. Edelle Monahan (former Fundraising Executive with The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation now with the Doggett Group) talks about looking into Charity Christmas Cards & Wrapping Paper this year to raise some much-needed funds.

Fundraising has been decimated for many charities with events cancelled all over for the best part of the year and the impact has been enormous with charities having to reinvent the wheel to sustain some type of funding.

With that in mind Charity Christmas Cards are a tried and tested way to increase funding during the spirit of goodwill and this year will be extra special for a few reasons: charities looking to recoup some fundraising, people wishing to support their preferred charities and also wanting to reach out to special friends and family to let them know they’re thinking of them. If ever there is a year to reach out to loved ones, this may just be it. The joy of receiving a Christmas card is one that we all know and especially one supporting a charity makes it extra special.

Having worked within the fundraising sector with The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation for many years, Christmas Cards have always been a fantastic revenue stream with all profits coming directly to the charity and the Doggett Group were our go to supplier for excellent quality, service and advice.

Doggett Group Print & Communications, being a large producer of printed materials are offering Christmas Card packs at a greatly discounted rate. The BIG DRAW is that they will be branded with your organisation’s name meaning they get your message out there. With a range of designs to choose from there’s something to suit everyone, or you can also use your very own design if you prefer.  With superior quality, all cards are designed and produced in Ireland, supporting Irish jobs and the economy.

As well as Charity Christmas Cards, why not wrap up with Charity Wrapping Paper Gift Packs, with your very own bespoke design and branded deluxe wrapping paper.  New to the market last year, this proved to be a very successful fundraising innovation.

If you’d like further information, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please see the contact details below for myself and my colleague Keith.

In these unusual times, on behalf of all the team at Doggett Group we’d like to wish you all the very best for the future ahead, thank you so much for your support and to let you know we’re here should you need us.

Stay safe.
