Director of Education and Community – Jigsaw

Jigsaw is at an exciting stage of development as an organization. We are entering another period of significant growth and development across our Services while also expanding our work within the Education sector and Online.

You will be central to the delivery and execution of Jigsaw’s Strengthening Communities strategic pillar. The successful candidate will take charge of a new work stream striving to inform, support, educate and empower a wider section of our communities, enabling a better understanding of our collective responsibility in supporting young people’s mental health. You will develop and execute stand-out content that will increase awareness of Jigsaw and will help promote our mission and achieve our strategic objectives.

As a proactive self-starter, you will be a creative and persuasive communicator with a strong focus on developing sustainable relationships with a wide range of internal and external audiences in line with our vision for Jigsaw to bring about an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and experienced candidate to make an impact on a local and national level and to promote our mission, develop and communicate strong content and position Jigsaw at the heart of the debate on Ireland’s youth mental health.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, in addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will work collaboratively with senior colleagues to oversee the growth and future sustainability of Jigsaw while promoting integrated working across the organisation.
