This role will be primarily responsible for executing the donor care strategy and will work to increase, maintain and strengthen relationships with donors.

As Donor Care Administrator this will act as the first point of contact for all donors to the National Office and will ensure they get the best standard of donor service as possible.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum education standard accepted/desired for the role is degree level or recognisable fundraising qualification,

  • 1 year of experience in fundraising is required.

  • Experience in a similar would be an advantage.

  • Experience of maintaining data.

  • Administration experience.

  • Experience of administration within a fundraising context an advantage.

  • Flexibility, innovation and initiative.

  • Good database marketing knowledge

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • The ability to juggle a wide range of activities and priorities own workload and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent computer skills and working experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
