COPE Galway helps to Improve Quality of Life in a Home Of Your Own by Supporting Home, Promoting Community & Reducing Isolation

Cope Galway are opening a new service in Galway, The Family Hub, to help address family homelessness. This is a new service for COPE Galway and the first of its kind in Galway. We are looking to fill a number of roles to staff this new service;

This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families experiencing homelessness in Galway.

Team Leader – 1 role                                           39 hours per week

The focus of this role will be the overall management of the Family Hub Service, supporting accommodated families and the staff that assist them

Accommodation Supervisor – 1 role              39 hours per week

Responsibility for the day to day supervision and operation of the Family Hub premises, focusing on all aspects of the premises including adherence to Health & Fire Safety requirements

Project Workers – 2 roles                                  30 hours per week

Working with and supporting families during their stay in the Family Hub and assisting them to secure move on permanent housing, as well as supervision of the project while on duty

Assistant Project Workers – 4 roles              31 hours per week

Responsibility for the supervision of the project when on duty, including live/ waking night onsite cover
