We understand that to recruit great staff for charities in Ireland, we need a great team to sit beside us to help us plan, co-ordinate and manage all elements of our recruitment campaigns and deliver fantastic client and candidate care. That’s why we are now looking for a highly organised person with a passion for the not-for-profit sector and the recruitment of great staff to join our team!
Perhaps you work in the not-for-profit sector and are ready for a change in direction? In this rewarding role you will assist many charities, conducting the search for staff on their behalf and so allowing them to concentrate on their outcomes whilst we find them the best candidates in the market. You will assist our candidates in their job search and support them through the whole recruitment process and beyond.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to the needs and requirements of our clients and translate these into successful recruitment campaigns. You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will also be a creative individual with a flair for writing and keen digital skills. You need not have experience of recruitment as full training will be provided, but you will be knowledgeable and passionate about the not-for-profit sector. This is an exciting role within a friendly and dedicated team.
