Fundraising Manager – Irish Men's Sheds Association

Background:

The Irish Men’s Sheds Association (IMSA) exists to support an island-wide network of over 450 men’s sheds. They are committed to supporting the development of Men’s Sheds as community-focused, member-based organisations open to men of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of abilities or circumstances.

The Role:

Men’s Sheds is now seeking a passionate, highly motivated, results-driven Fundraising Manager to join their team to develop and implement an annual fundraising plan to maximise their income. If you are a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager who can work across the fundraising mix with strong emphasis on Corporate Donors and National Fundraising Campaigns then this role is definitely for you.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and implement an annual fundraising plan with a specific focus on their Corporate Partnerships as well as creating and implementing a new National Fundraising Campaign.

They are seeking a confident, competent and experienced professional with previous experience in fundraising, sales or business development. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential new corporate partners, developing compelling proposals and presentations.

You will feel passionate about their work, identify with IMSA’s vision, be influential and possess very strong networking skills. You will have a natural talent for building relationships and inspiring action.

If you love what IMSA do and are a hard-working individual with outstanding communication skills and a demonstrable flair for developing long-term funding relationships then we’d love to hear from you!
