Oxfam Ireland is looking for a Donor Loyalty & Retention Specialist to join our busy Fundraising & Marketing Team in Dublin.

This is an exciting time in Oxfam Ireland's Fundraising and Marketing, as the organisation embarks on its new organisational and fundraising strategy. A central part to this is excellent donor care and because of this we are investing in excellent thanking, reporting and decision making, to develop and enhance our donor experience. We do this to allow us to build on the relationship our donors have with the amazing work they make possible with the communities we serve.

This role focuses on optimisation and development of our campaigns, refining of processes to bring an excellent experience to our donors and in turn to improve recruitment, retention, donor lifetime value, and our donor experience, with Oxfam Ireland's regular giving donors.

This role requires a commitment to achieving objectives and exceptional numeracy, literacy, and creativity, as well as team working and interpersonal skills.

If you have the following skills and experience, then why not apply to help shape a stronger Oxfam for people living in poverty:

  • A proven track record of using and understanding data and analysis to inform decision-making on delivering effective marketing activities
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work for self and others, and to supervise work where required
  • Experience of working and building excellent relationships with external suppliers, and internal teams
  • The ability to be assertive and persuasive when negotiating
  • Strong numerical and critical thinking skills, specifically the ability to analyse complex data and translate it into tangible information
