Events Executive

Are you an organised, a multi-tasker with a 'people-first' attitude and a collaborative working style, then this job is for you. We are recruiting a dynamic and energetic Events Executive to work on a programme of events supporting the fundraising and alumni engagement goals of university.  You will support colleagues on the Events team to deliver a high quality, impactful programme of events, targeted at the various networks of stakeholders (alumni and students, donors and supporters). These events are a mix of in-person, hybrid and virtual events both local and international. You will be responsible for the delivery of specific events from conception to evaluation within this team and a wide variety of other event related activities. You will will benefit from a range of personal development and training opportunities.

Based in the Communications and Events team you will contribute to the project management of all aspects of event planning and production including event planning, delivery, follow-up and evaluation, and promoting events on social media platforms. Marketing Executive

We are recruiting a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to work on a creative communications programme supporting the fundraising and alumni engagement goals of the university. If you are creative with an eye for detail and a collaborative working style, we would love to hear from you. You will play a key role in ensuring the overall efficiency of the Communications team and support day to day administration within the office. This varied and challenging role demands discretion, initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and the ability to anticipate and deal with problems as they arise. You will work on exciting projects and benefit from a range of personal development and training opportunities.

Based in the Communications and Events team your key responsibilities will include supporting TDA's social media channels, creating print & digital assets, and providing support for events and other marketing initiatives.
