ISPCA Customer Service Coordinator

Essential skills:

• Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner with strong customer relation skills and experience working with members of the public.
• Strong communication, organisational, and administration skills is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and to multitask managing a busy phone and front desk.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage along with experience updating a website.
• Candidates must be proactive, flexible and willing to work as part of a team based on a seven day rostered system.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and have a good basic level of education.
• Applicants should have a keen interest in animal welfare
