Head of Individual Giving (job share)

The Head of Individual Giving is responsible for designing and executing the Individual Giving strategy end to end including traditional post methods, digital adaptations, radio, email, telemarketing, newsletters, raffles, virtual gifting and cold acquisition methods. This post is responsible for maximising income from existing supporters, recruiting new supporters, and innovating and trialling new methods of giving whilst keeping the supporter at the heart of what we do and encouraging our supporters to give repeatedly.

Essential Criteria - ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:

• Extensive experience in Individual Giving (minimum 2 years), including development and execution of various campaign types. 
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience in a fast-paced, varied office environment (including hybrid work setup).
• Experience in managing budgets and working to income targets.
• Experience in managing agencies to execute campaigns.
