Cúram can offer a flexible resource on an interim basis to allow an agency to respond quickly to policy changes or temporary gaps within their management teams.
Board Training and Development
In today's regulatory environment it is imperative that all charity boards demonstrate good governance which ensures that the board fulfils the purpose of the organisation and ensures effective management of its resources and activities.
Cúram provides board governance reviews and training to ensure compliance with the Charities Governance Code and other relevant legislation and public policy.
Cúram can also assist organisations in their operational governance by reviewing their operations processes and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness which will support the organisation to deliver on its objectives.
Provides HR Reviews regarding adherence to relevant legislation and policy, Policy reviews and development. Also provides external supervision for managers and management teams.
About Kathleen Vickers:
Kathleen Vickers worked in the voluntary sector for many years and moved from working as a frontline worker to senior management positions. With 17 years of management experience within the voluntary sector at a senior level Kathleen is aware of the challenges facing charities attempting to ensure compliance with legislation, regulation, and public policy in an environment of finite resources while ensuring that the goals of the organisation are achieved.
Kathleen has a keen interest and belief in the work of the voluntary sector and its sustainability in an increasingly challenging environment.
Kathleen is also currently a board director of the Rehab Group.
