Building on the momentum of the first Bolder Board Training in 2018, Charities Institute Ireland is bringing Dan back for a second, updated Bolder Board on the 12th November in the Round Room at the Mansion House in Dublin.
Most of last year’s attendees say they wish their entire board had been there, so we want those new folks to get what everyone got last year. At the same time, we want those who were there last year to get even more. So last year’s training material will be revised and updated with innovative Irish case studies in the morning session.
Then the afternoon will be devoted to a workshop and group discussion that will help you and your board and staff members launch new, exciting conversations for impact based on new, emancipated thinking, instead of old ideas and constraints.
